We coat steel, aluminum, cast, and galvanized parts up to 20 × 10 × 10 ft in every common finish. Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days, and there is no minimum order. Stripping of old coatings is available as a prep service.
Do you do liquid painting or Cerakote?
No. We do powder coating and the prep that goes with it, and we try to do that one thing properly. For parts that cannot survive a cure oven, like assemblies with rubber, plastic, or electronics, liquid coating is the right answer and we will tell you so. For small firearm parts that need Cerakote specifically, a dedicated Cerakote applicator is the better call.
Is blasting included in a powder coating quote?
Blasting is included whenever the part needs it, and the quote says so as a separate line. New steel with light mill scale blasts quickly and adds little. Heavily rusted or previously painted parts take longer and cost more to prep. We would rather show you the prep cost up front than skip the step and have the finish fail later.
